Ever since the year of 95 I've been back to Santa Barbara almost every year. But because I've been working in Australia for a year, it's been about two years since I was in Santa Barbara. Actually I was meant to be flying via Los Angeles on my way back from Australia, but because of my job, I had to go back in kind of a hurry and that wasn't possible via LAX.

Anyway, I've just turned 30, have a wonderful boyfrind - yes, the man of my life - and fortunately we both share the desire for travelling. Our next project is to try to find a job in South Africa and see if we can settle down there for a few years.

II'm working in a travel agency, Kilroy Travels, that specializes in "Around The World " trips.... I had been a sales supervisor for more than two years when I decided to take a leave of absence for a year, and went travelling all over the world.

That led to the job in a travel agency in Melbourne, Australia which was a really good experience! I actually had three really good freinds living in Melbourne at that time, and we all shared an apartment and had the time of our lives.

Back in Denmark I couldnt get my old job as a manager back - the policy in our company is that when you take a leave of absence, you cant be sure to get your old position back. However that was fine with me since I wasn't sure what I wanted to do....so right now I am working as a travel consultant, making other people's dreams come true.

Every chance I get I travel and my favourite destination is South Africa...a "desire" I know Ms Twisk shares with me! And that's also the reason that I'm planning on living there for a while...before I have children....etc.
